SENIOR DANCE AND SOCIAL CLASSES
Senior Dance and Social Classes- there is no limit to age range or dance ability- we cater for all! All abilities and mobilites are welcome!
Whether you can dance the night away or last 30 seconds before you're panting, this class is for you. Our aim is to enable interaction and prevent loneliness throughout the local community as well as keeping those bones and joints moving. We don't take life too seriously and are all there to have a good time and keep fit. However, it is beneficial to always tell the truth about injuries or conditions such as arthritis or osteoporosis, as we can adapt the routines for you. Unfortunately, we won't be spinning on our heads, but we will be doing all different styles of dance throughout the decades of time.

Don't worry, included in your class will be tea, coffee and some biscuits to keep our energy going! This is not just to keep our bones moving, it's to keep our voices heard and listened to. We love the social aspect this group can bring!
